LAPD Data Source Inqury

Could you guys be nice enough to tell me when and how you received your LAPD dataset? 

I'm trying to figure out why a recent release matches all but nearly 100 of the ones you have even though the department claims 300 were undercover. It looks like they also gave over 200 of those names to you.
