Hey everyone! Excited to share with you logtest, a tool to build & test new log sources for Matano using an interactive workflow that works on top of your IDE! 🧑‍💻

Logtest makes it significantly easier to build new log sources by letting you generate boilerplate for a custom log source using an ECS spec (schema + test suite) and letting yoy verify everything locally with friendly errors (VRL syntax, compiler errors, runtime errors, custom + ECS schema validation for all fields, test cases, etc.).
