Add Visibility to The WebSocket Disconnection Rate During Load Tests

The websocket disconnection rate is an aspect of performance for the push services. During load tests websockets frequently disconect and it would be valuable to quantify this value and determine an acceptable threshold.

I think to quantify this value we need to alter behavior in two places where we capture WebSocketConnectionClosedExceptions: here ( https://github.com/mozilla-services/autopush-rs/blob/master/tests/load/locustfiles/locustfile.py#L134-L135 ) and here ( https://github.com/mozilla-services/autopush-rs/blob/master/tests/load/locustfiles/locustfile.py#L382-L385 ). Would you want to distinguish between closures that happen while idling vs during sending requests?

Probably just having a total count of all disconnects would be a good start I think (not distinguish)
