feat: language packs #51
Description
The programs.firefox.languagePacks option doesn't work for nightly and devedition, and Firefox nightly and devedition doesn't download language packs on its own, so I had to manually download and install them myself. If I can get the language packs here, I can avoid installing them manually and keep the language packs compatible with the Firefox version.
