my apologies in advance as I wish to open a dialog as I proposed continuing my current effort of now 7 months march through september of 2025 as I have a need to "Without WSL" to build and run NumPyro on windows of course with jax and jaxlib with gpu support. My motivation is to avoid any use of WSL as I have a body of codes that use many API interfaces with AMAZON
I am essentially a java developer writing advanced AMAZON API and also a mathematician needed access to NUMPYRO to exploit many techniques in Baysian Bandit algorithms to perform optimization of many aspects of e-commerse with Amazon including bid optimization of advertising bids
I need your help to identify what obsticals I currently have to complete the build. I am struggling with how to dignose basel build issues and have found that unlike simpler build tools like make, do not have the unneeded complexity of basel. I am hoping to find the best ways to circumvent and hurdles in the build process.
