Nix-community departure

Dear fellow @nix-community admins and community,

When I started this project, my motivation was to create a place where it's easy to get things done, and that can be used to support the main @NixOS project. We have achieved that. It's been a pleasure to see this little org grow from 1 to 212 projects now. Community members use the builders to test new contributions to nixpkgs. On the surface it has been and continues to be a large success.

What this project needs now is a deep reform in terms of its own internal organization. There should be a group of people, that get along and enjoy working on the infra together, with minimal conflicts of interests, and that share a vision and values.

However, we haven't functioned as a team for a long time. That is why I decided to leave the project. And leaving will also clear the potential conflicts of interests and make this truly a community project. I'm grateful for all the work and time you've all put in this project.

Concretely, this means that I will be removing my personal credit card end of April from all the cloud providers. I'll need someone else to set up billing with the cloud providers before then. If there are no suitable replacements by then, then let's shut everything down cleanly. Or have it absorbed by @NixOS if willing.
