Generate App tokens on the UI

Right now is difficult to use the webdav server because the default auth which is openID connect is not supported by several clients. It is also difficult to use the APIs and the CLI because of this. It is possible to use an application key instead of this to connect but how to get it is hidden in the documentation.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to be able to create application keys on the OCIS admin UI instead of having to use the CLI. (This is already implemented by openCloud)

I transfered this issue into Web as it focuses on frontend. We can discuss here whether we want to leave this off solely to the extension mentioned by Sawjan or whether we want to make this part of the core.
