Hi, I suggest that ignore this parameter for now. It's a historical issue. This parameter was originally used for downloading and previewing files at the first time.
If you need to download or preview files, you can create a proxy server using L7 software like nginx or caddy(we are using caddy) and pass the preview url to this artifacts_site parameter. Alternatively, if you just want to download a file, you can use "Static File Server Mode".
