-c, -concurrency int number of concurrent threads to process (default 300)
is useless.
tlsx is very very slow
there must be an option for number of concurrent targets to process

+20k hosts / single port / probe CN only

Are you seeing consistent slowness, or is it only under certain conditions?

There must be like N goroutines, each one must process a different host at same time
