Of course. Go to your domain in Cloudflare -> Rules -> Create rule -> Configuration Rule -> enter your incoming requests match, I just used Hostname equals. Then make sure you scroll down to Rocket Loader, click Add and ensure it is toggled off. Then save your rule. Should look something like this in the overview:

It is a Cloudflare feature that aims to speed up loading of pages, it does that by deferring the loading of all JS until after rendering. For some reason this seems to break the qbittorrent web app
