62725_qBittorrent listening to an additional IP (DNS Leak?)

Is it normal for qBittorrent to listen using an additional public IP?

Current setup:-

Windows 10
qBittorrent 5.1.0
VPN IP 12.34.5.6 (just an example)

qBittorent usually listens to this public IP along with 12.34.5.7

Expected result:-
qBittorrent should only listen to the Public IP address generated by the VPN as long as the VPN is active.

I assume it boils down to a DNS leak. It looks like that based on what I read online from a few keyword searches.
Since whatsmyip.com has the public IP displayed in the VPN client,
however ipleak.net lists the additional public IP

Is there anything specific that I need to change within qBittorrent?

Any insights would be helpful w.r.t changing anything in the current setup.
