Create with requested reviewers

When I created #263 I said “assignees”, but what I really meant was requested reviewers … can we have that as well? :-)

It is possible, but it required a bit more work as is one extra request to the GH API, is not a simple field in the PR creation.

It should be pretty easy to implement if you have a look at the code. The only annoying thing I see is people and team reviewers are passed separately, so two new flags should be needed, or some way to differentiate teams from people.
