Reload or Storage mechanic

Description
A mechanic that let's you either reload the gun you are holding, or store an extra weapon, and you can switch weapons on the go.

Reasoning
in most Madness Combat animations, the main character reloads the gun they are using most of the time, and they hold more than one weapon at a time. even in the main madness animations, Hank reloads a pistol, and Standford reloads a bren, even more than once.
