What system are you running Yazi on?
macOS
What terminal are you running Yazi in?
Ghostty 1.1.3, iTerm2 3.5.13 and WezTerm latest stable
yazi --debug
outputDescribe the question
Hello, I'm finding that Yazi themes don't seem to set their own background color for the main file listing panes. Instead, they consistently inherit the background color configured in my terminal emulator.
I have tested this behavior across several different terminal emulators on macOS:
I tried multiple different themes
In every combination of terminal and theme, the background color used by Yazi in the main panes matches the default background color set in the active terminal profile. For example, if the terminal background is dark blue, Yazi uses dark blue, regardless of the theme selected.
Is there a way to make Yazi use theme's background color, not the terminal's background color?
Anything else?
