Add releases for Linux ARM64

Hello, a few months ago I built teller v2.0.7 from sources since there's no release for Linux Arm64. I tried yesterday and found the same error described in #295.

In teller 1.x we had releases for Linux Arm64, could they be available for 2.x too?
