feat: Investigate if we could use envd environments in mdz

Our http probe is a blocker for this.

Besides this, we only support one port in mdz. It will be 2222 in this case (the sshd server in envd). We cannot expose other ports if jupyter or streamlit is in the envd environment.

And I still cannot auth the key. Not sure if it is caused by the reverse proxy in mdz.

We may redirect traffic to the backend instance directly, do not use our proxy.

Then it should work but:

• Cannot autoscale
• Cannot get the invocations (it is not needed actually)
• Ingress operator should be refactored.
