e2e test for running in automatic manner just like any other automatic test

Describe the solution you'd like
Add some tests using go-docker-testsuite utilising CLI & complete built components
Basic tests to add:
- list namespaces
- create namespace
- create a couple of containers
- list container in default namespace & just created one
- create version from dir
- create version from yum-repo
- create version from yum-repo with GPG verification
