Update Readme for terraform v6 migration

Hey team,

Quick one when upgrading to the v6 of the provider. The [Readme](https://github.com/terraform-aws-modules/terraform-aws-ecs/releases/tag/v6.0.0) didn't mention the change for the cluster module from "cluster_name" to "name".
