Clarification and motivation

We need Bottom Navigation because it helps users to move between screens!

Acceptance criteria

The component should be based on the specification in our design system in Figma.

Problem:
Bottom navigation is one of the most important navigation ui elements
nowadays. So we need to have it in our app also.

Solution:
`BottomNav` Component has been added + Tests + Animations.
