salt orchestrator in uyuni

I am trying to get the salt orchestrator module to work, but can it be that it is not enabled/installed on uyuni installations? I tested it on a fresh salt install and that works, on Uyuni I get the message that call_execution_function not is enabled/available.

My goal i to trigger downtime on a nagios server via a salt event with reactor and orchstrator.
