Ungrouped systems in Uyuni 2025.10

Maybe I'm remembering incorrectly, but I thought that the System List=>Ungrouped menu item listed the systems that weren't associated with/members of any groups. That would be useful to identify which systems need to be added to a group if groups are the basis for selecting systems for patching. However I'm seeing lots of systems that are group members included in that "Ungrouped" list when running 2025.10.

Am I remembering this wrong or is this a regression I should report as a bug?
