Poll: New host Operating System for Uyuni

As discussed at #9729, we are moving to a rolling release host OS, and we now need to decide if we want to stay transactional or not.

Before voting, please carefully read the introduction and the discussions at #9729

So after 50 votes, openSUSE Tumbleweed got 52% for 48% for openSUSE MicroOS

While we'll document and test openSUSE Tumbleeweed, do not worry, as things should stay fully working with openSUSE MicroOS if you prefer transactional, out of the box.

And if you are using other OS, such as Debian or Ubuntu, again things should still work as they were.

so if TW is tested and going to be documented (if leap works, tw would probably too), it's maybe a good idea to mention slowroll as well as it's basically TW without the fast paced updates (that you can ignore too).

We test-drove both leap 15.5 and micro-os/containerized and we definitely are in favor of not containerization and make it transactional.
