Move the article style/script to GitHub?

Currently, our articles rely on the CSS and JavaScript files on the CVS server.

I think we can consider moving the style and article JavaScript files from CVS to GitHub, and keep only one copy. In this way, we don't have to synchronize to CVS every time we update the style/script on GitHub. The article itself can be kept in two copies, the one on GitHub is a draft, and the one on CVS is officially published.

I suspect that this may indeed work. We only need to do content negotiation on the article file itself.

I experimentally updated these two articles and it seems to be ok:

If there are no objections before June 20, I will update other articles.
