DOLCE alignment

DOLCE is now available as ISO/IEC 21838-3.
DUL is no longer maintained.

The DUL alignment https://w3c.github.io/sdw-sosa-ssn/ssn/#DUL-alignment should be replaced by a DOLCE alignment.

I'd rather keep the one to DUL as a reference alignment, and add the one to DOLCE

DOLCE is an ISO Standard, DUL being retired, alignment should also be retired (some classes, e.g. Method, being retired)
Is there any harm in having both? maxime.lefrancois@emse.fr
Already done, artefacts online, no harm in retaining them?
