moving cookies path on kaggle for download fail on folder reading but already set folder restriction to anyone on the link

The steps for me are unlclear and a little bit confusing at setting the cookies,

1. download cookies.txt using browser extensions like (Get cookies.txt LOCALLY);
   => Which button that I need to click in order to get the proper cookies.txt file for kaggle ?

2. mv the cookies.txt to ~/.cache/gdown/cookies.txt; 3) run download again. If you're using gdown>=5.0.0, it should be able to use the cookies same as your browser.
   => How to move the txt file to ~/.cache/gdown/cookies.txt path is there a different setting for this if so how ?
