…'Melee Creep Radiant' have been set to -1 and -2, as those are not represented as cards in Valve's API.

The typos were found while cross-referencing with the official valve API as described here: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/ArtifactDeckCode.
The IDs were pulled from the same source. Both card IDs and reference IDs were changed. The only discrepancies were in the Melee Creep Dire and Melee Creep Radiant, which don't have a corresponding ID in Valve's API. These were assigned -1 and -2.
