The reason for updating this package is that in the meantime the list of packages using the
@wordpress/namespace that aren't bundled in core has grown quite a bit. So that causes an issue when we want to use them on toolkit builds.@wordpress/dependency-extraction-webpack-pluginfrom version^5.4.0to^6.36.0to keep the build tooling current.
