[SC-1481][PT1-89][PT1-88] Deployment automation

[Sunnesoft]

As a part of common goal of deployment automation:

• added deploy/constants folder with all needed parameters for deployment;
• updated deployment scripts - removed almost all in place constants;
• added Makefile and manuals for auto deployment.
