Palette generator

Introduction

If you're unsure about which colors to use for your Windows theme, WinPaletter can help by generating a color palette from a single color or from an image.

1. Generate a Palette from an Image

1. Click the Toolbar Button

2. Select "Generate a palette from an image"

3. Choose Image Source

You can use your current wallpaper or pick any image from your device.

4. Adjust Options

Customize the maximum number of colors, quality, and whether to ignore white colors.

5. Tune Color Degrees

Adjust color degrees if you need to improve accessibility with your current Windows appearance.

6. View the Generated Palette

See the palette created from your selected image.

7. Apply the Palette

You can randomly assign the generated palette to your Windows colors, as shown below:

8. Action Buttons

• Done: Close the window and keep the new palette.
• Cancel: Close the window and restore your previous palette.

3. Choose Your Color and Settings

Pick your base color, set the minimum number of colors, and choose whether to include inverted shades for more variety.

4. Tune Color Degrees

Adjust color degrees if you need to improve accessibility with your current Windows appearance.

5. View the Generated Palette

See the palette created from your selected color.

6. Apply the Palette

You can randomly assign the generated palette to your Windows colors, as shown below:
