This furthers the message passing of pulling stuff from the neutral grid onto the ion grid (i.e., the ion grid passes its grid to the neutral grid, which then calculates interpolation coefficients and can pass data to the ion grid.)
I am actually not 100% sure of the status of this, but I am consolidating everything so I can start working on this all with a fresh perspective.
