This is an initial PR that adds the following to the introduction chapter:

Introduction paragraph that defines the guide and its target.
FAQs:
- Who are the creators and maintainers? (Answered)
- Why we created this guide? (WIP)
- What is the vision? (WIP)
- Why I should use this guide? (WIP)
- Why we are writing in Arabic? (WIP)
- How we wrote the guide? (WIP)

This is kind of PRFAQ concept, you can read more about it here.
