Custom Form Builder

Custom for builder can be used to create forms with input types text & select. After form is created, user can fill these fields, and all the data will be rendered to a table

To fully operate you will need a server or you can open it in VS code live server due all data is stored in local storage and domain have to remain same for every .html file is served.
