Refactor module exports and strictness in Atlas modules

Describe your pull request

• remove unused aggregate Invoke-All exports from optimization modules where they are no longer consumed
• add strict-mode/safety improvements and modernize a few module internals for clearer control flow
• keep the Scripts/Themes module behavior aligned while reducing legacy shorthand usage
