WebEngine Nocode Standalone Jar : you can use the jar file directly by using this command line sample with your xls file :

To use directly with Excel file, you can download the addin.zip, add the inner certificate file to your computer by following the instructions on the word file and then, install the setup.exe.
Or your can build the https://github.com/AxaFrance/webengine-dotnet/tree/feature/NoCodeAddin with your own Visual Studio with your own certifcate, then add that certifacte to your computer.
Then, install the given add-in exe file.
