Purpose

Update to the docs content:

  • Lab title updated to "Java and AI"
  • integrating Asir's latest change requests removing any remaining unnecessary "microservices" references.
  • Updating the main Readme.md file removing outdated information and pointing the reader to the Jekyll site.
