Update checkpoint parser to handle logs with space within DeviceVendor

• Updated handling of checkpoint ASIM parsers to work with "Check Point" and "CheckPoint" as valid vendor fields, a change in Issue Resolved for vimNetworkSessionCheckPointFirewall  #12056 broke parsing due to the logs we see having "Check Point" within this field.
