This pull request removes all individual issue templates for bug reports, feature requests, and policy submissions, and replaces them with a centralized configuration that directs users to a single repository for all Azure Landing Zone (ALZ) issues. This change streamlines issue tracking and ensures all feedback is consolidated in one place.
Issue template removal:
