Pull request overview
Updates repository ownership rules for the Azure AI extensions so PRs in those extension directories request review from the intended maintainers.
Changes:
- Adds @therealjohn and @trrwilson as CODEOWNERS for Azure AI extension directories.
- Removes @ZubaeyrMSFT from CODEOWNERS for Azure AI finetune/models extensions.
- Also removes @travisw from the same ownership lists (not mentioned in the PR description).
