I was going to do part two of TypeScript refactoring (#133) but when I got to
<BlogPostTpl />I realized I could just easily reinstate the reading timer (fixing #99) since I was already rewriting the component anyway. So here it is.NOTE the example video is just sped up a lot, the original behavior is it counts up every 3 seconds.
