There is the same issue here that you had in #598 :

• The nvidia image usage force the user to accept the end user agreement. I don't think biocontainers can accept the license for the end user, and I'm not sure how to forward it to the user itself.
• You are using a specific (and old) cuda version, which might not work depending on the hardware it's going to run on

I'm not really fond of distributing gpu-support version of software with biocontainers
