Key Features

  • Fixed 3.3V Output: Provides a stable 3.3V regulated voltage for embedded systems.
  • 1A Output Current: Can deliver up to 1A, making it suitable for many low-power applications.
  • Low Dropout Voltage: Requires only 1.2V difference between input and output at maximum load for higher efficiency.
  • Built-in Protection Features:
    • Overcurrent Protection
    • Thermal Overload Protection
    • Safe Area Protection
  • Low Quiescent Current: Draws only ~5mA, making it battery-friendly.
  • Minimal Output Noise: Designed to reduce voltage ripple, with the option to add additional filtering capacitors for noise-sensitive applications.
