Runnable EXE program for Video Filler Remover

This release of the Video Filler Remover App will let you select a video, an output folder, and a file name for clipping silence and filler words out of the video.

• There are sliders to control the quality of the output.
• This exe should work on Windows 10+ systems, on startup it may take a minute to load.
• A command window will popup followed by the app. The command window is used for letting you know the status of the clipping process.
• If you run into issues with it not starting or not converting see the README about ffmpeg.

Note
Extract the zip file to get the exe.
Keep the exe file in the Video Filler Remover folder. If you want to open the exe from elsewhere you can create a shortcut to the exe file.
