Overview
This challenge would be a sequel to the eth-streaming challenge. Currently, the only difference between this proposed challenge and the previous, eth-streaming challenge is that the contract streams an ERC20 token rather than ETH.
Note: depending on where this challenge goes, we might want to rename the branch to something like
advanced-streaming
