After publishing, noticed a couple of things

  1. Fixed the menu structure to point to the right guides
  2. Clarify usage of file:/// for data in /staging/groups
  3. Similarly, put a warning about using /staging/groups for want_campus_pools/want_ospool
  4. Change in verb tense for titles according to style guide
