- morello: Read almighty DDC for PSCI invocations from the GOT on purecap
- rtld: Fix check for overlapping PCC capabilities
This failed for PCC capabilities with adjacent (but non-overlapping) ranges since top of one range is covered by the bounds of the second range in that case. While here, use the correct object name in the associated error message.
