This PR solves #15. It updates the code to accommodate changes made to Hy as per hylang/hy@144a7fa.
It also solves the issue of not being able to properly define macros (as mentioned in this comment).
This code was tested against Hy's current master on a Linux machine
(
hy 0.19.0+3.g4722844 using CPython(default) 3.7.7 on Linux).
