Upgrade the Anthropic TypeScript SDK to the latest version (0.71.2) to leverage the latest features and bug fixes. Changes: - package.json: @anthropic-ai/sdk ^0.51.0 → ^0.71.2 - Updated MessageStream import path to @anthropic-ai/sdk/lib/MessageStream - Updated pnpm-lock.yaml with new dependency versions Breaking changes addressed: - MessageStream class moved from resources/messages/messages to lib/MessageStream Co-Authored-By: Claude <[email protected]>
