Fixes Issue #14

Summary of Changes:

  1. Import CI pipeline from CluedIn.Logging.Serilog

Remaining Tasks:

  • PR to AzurePipelines.Templates repository to update the crawler.default.build.yml with these changes

  • Revert local azure-pipelines.yml changes after AzurePipelines.Templates repository update
