Hmt 98 editing a users role in admin dashboard requires 2 clicks

• Fixed editing requires 2 clicks bug
• Delete Participants button requires elevated permissions on the Admin group. Currently not setup to allow deletions of Users.
• Now uses Tanstack Table
• Created TanstackTableHelper function to encapsulate sorting/filtering/database access on any tabular shaped data. Extended to support Teams page.

Can we add some annotations or icons so that we know that we can press the title and sort the different teams?

Are there compound filters as well where we can select teams that not only are checked in, but also approved?
