Add help system
-> HelpProvider: Gather hepl attributes and contains method to get a attribute by name
-> Helpattribute: Custom attribute with name, description and syntax
-> HelpHandler: Use the provider to gather the attribute by passing the user passed command name. If the dont specify a command it will print a list will all commands and a short description
Add help attributes to all implemented handlers
